Deepali Vyas wears many, many hats. Don’t believe us? Not only is she the Global Head of FinTech at consulting firm Korn Ferry and a Board Member and Advisor to Gray Zones and Correlation One, but she’s also founder and CEO of Fearless+, a minority and female-owned organization that aims to prepare young people for personal and professional success by providing them with a digital platform to share their stories, while democratizing access to career opportunities and resources to grow and develop. “I spent my entire career being able to coach and empower others,” says Deepali. “I find a way to connect with people and land their dream job or get that promotion or even be the best leader.”
The Hall of Femme honoree has advised companies like JP Morgan, Uber, Fidelity, Citadel and Conair on how to spot tomorrow’s hottest trends in digital, artificial intelligence and data science. She hosts a podcast called WWDD, where she interviews industry leaders and answers everyday career questions. And she practices what she preaches when it comes to uplifting other women. “I have an obligation to send the elevator down and elevate other women,” she says. “By telling my story, I hope to inspire and encourage other women to go for their goals!
Deepali defines success by her ability to make a difference in the lives of others, and it’s something she certainly thrives on. “The purpose of my life is to entertain, educate, counsel, inspire and empower others by sharing my knowledge and experiences — a sherpa helping others climb their mountains,” she says. “It is my work as an entrepreneur and leadership coach that is in complete alignment with my values; I get to live my dream job just by living my values daily.”Find Deepali on Instagram and Twitter.
