Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose & Scope
These Promotion Terms & Conditions ("Promotion Terms") establish the general terms that apply to promotional offers, giveaways, sweepstakes, contests, discounts, incentives, and other promotional activities (each, a "Promotion") offered by Champagne Campaign, Inc. dba Une Femme ("Une Femme," "we," "our," or "us"), unless different terms are expressly provided for a specific Promotion.
These Promotion Terms are intended to provide the standing rules governing Une Femme Promotions. Each Promotion may include additional terms describing the specific Promotion, including its promotion period, eligibility requirements, entry or redemption instructions, prizes, promotional offers, discounts, winner selection procedures, and any other Promotion-specific requirements. Where Promotion-specific terms differ from these Promotion Terms, the Promotion-specific terms will govern solely with respect to that Promotion.
Participation in any Promotion or redemption of any promotional offer constitutes acceptance of these Promotion Terms, together with any applicable Promotion-specific terms.
2. Eligibility
Eligibility requirements may vary by Promotion and will be identified in the applicable Promotion-specific terms.
Where alcoholic beverages are offered, participants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and reside in a jurisdiction where participation and prize fulfillment are lawful. Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Certain Promotions may be limited to residents of particular states, territories, or other geographic areas, purchasers of specific products, members of designated programs, subscribers, or other eligible participants identified in the applicable Promotion.
To administer a Promotion, we may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, including age, identity, residency, purchase information, or other information relevant to determining eligibility or fulfilling a Promotion. Failure to provide requested information within the timeframe specified may result in disqualification, forfeiture of a promotional offer or prize, or inability to complete fulfillment.
3. Participation Restrictions
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Promotion, the following individuals are not eligible to participate in Promotions involving alcoholic beverages:
- Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of Une Femme;
- Individuals employed by, acting on behalf of, or holding an ownership interest in any alcohol beverage manufacturer, importer, wholesaler, distributor, retailer, fulfillment provider, marketing agency, or other licensed alcohol beverage business involved in or connected with the applicable Promotion; and
- The immediate family members (including spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) and household members of any individual described above.
Additional participation restrictions may apply where required by law or as described in the applicable Promotion.
Participants may enter or redeem Promotions only in accordance with the applicable Promotion terms. Activities intended to circumvent Promotion requirements, including the use of multiple identities, fraudulent purchases or transactions, automated methods of entry where prohibited, or other deceptive practices, are not permitted.
4. Alcohol Beverage Compliance
Promotions involving alcoholic beverages are offered only where permitted by applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Where applicable, eligibility, fulfillment, shipment, prize distribution, and redemption may be subject to age verification, identity verification, residency verification, adult signature requirements, geographic shipping limitations, licensing restrictions, retailer availability, or other legal or regulatory requirements.
Alcoholic beverage prizes, gifts, discounts, or promotional offers may not be available in every jurisdiction and may be modified or substituted where necessary to comply with applicable law or fulfillment requirements.
Nothing in a Promotion requires Une Femme to fulfill an alcoholic beverage offer where fulfillment would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.
5. Promotional Offers & Discounts
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Promotion, promotional offers and discounts apply only to eligible products identified in the Promotion and are available only while supplies last or inventory remains available.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Promotions:
- cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, or promotional codes;
- do not apply to taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, gift cards, or prior purchases;
- have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or cash equivalents;
- may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or exchanged; and
- are subject to any additional limitations or redemption conditions described in the applicable Promotion.
Certain Promotions may be subject to purchase limits, redemption limits, inventory availability, retailer participation, or other conditions necessary to administer the Promotion fairly and consistently.
Promotional pricing, discounts, offers, gifts, or other promotional benefits remain available only during the applicable Promotion period unless otherwise stated.
6. Promotion Administration
Une Femme administers Promotions in a manner intended to promote fairness, consistency, operational integrity, and compliance with applicable law.
To administer a Promotion, we may verify participant eligibility, purchase information, entries, submissions, identities, residency, or other information reasonably necessary to determine eligibility, validate participation, prevent fraud or abuse, fulfill promotional offers or prizes, or comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Where questions arise regarding eligibility, Promotion participation, redemption, fulfillment, or compliance with applicable Promotion requirements, we may request additional documentation or information reasonably necessary to resolve the matter before completing administration or fulfillment.
Administrative, technical, printing, processing, fulfillment, inventory, or other inadvertent errors may occasionally occur during the administration of a Promotion. Where appropriate, we may correct such errors in a manner that is fair, consistent, and reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion as intended.
Where inventory limitations, product availability, retailer participation, shipping restrictions, fulfillment constraints, legal requirements, or other circumstances affect the administration of a Promotion, Une Femme may make reasonable adjustments necessary to administer the Promotion fairly and consistently. Such adjustments may include delaying fulfillment, substituting a prize or promotional item with one of comparable value where appropriate, selecting an alternate winner or recipient where applicable, or modifying fulfillment procedures to comply with applicable law or operational requirements.
If a participant is determined not to satisfy applicable eligibility requirements, does not respond within a reasonable timeframe when information is requested, declines a prize or promotional offer, cannot lawfully receive a prize or promotional benefit, or otherwise cannot complete the Promotion requirements, Une Femme may determine that the participant is ineligible for that Promotion and, where applicable, select an alternate winner or recipient or otherwise administer the Promotion in accordance with its stated terms.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, product availability, fulfillment capabilities, retailer participation, technology, or other operational considerations—may require a Promotion to be modified, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part. Where reasonably practicable, any material changes affecting an active Promotion will be communicated through the applicable Promotion materials or another appropriate method.
Une Femme interprets and administers its Promotions in good faith and in a manner intended to apply these Promotion Terms and any applicable Promotion-specific terms consistently among participants.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Some Promotions may be advertised, hosted, or administered through third-party websites, social media platforms, retailers, or other service providers.
Unless expressly stated in the applicable Promotion, third-party platforms are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or responsible for administering Une Femme Promotions, and participation in a Promotion does not create any relationship between participants and those third-party platforms beyond the participant's use of the platform itself.
Participation through a third-party platform may also be subject to that platform's own terms of use, privacy policies, and community guidelines.
8. Privacy
Information collected in connection with a Promotion will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the applicable Promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with participants, fulfill promotional offers or prizes, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, and for other purposes described in Une Femme's Privacy Policy.
By participating in a Promotion or redeeming a promotional offer, participants acknowledge that information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Une Femme's Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Terms
These Promotion Terms are incorporated into and governed by Une Femme's Website Terms & Conditions.
By participating in a Promotion or redeeming a promotional offer, you also agree to the applicable Promotion-specific terms, these Promotion Terms, Une Femme's Website Terms & Conditions, and Une Femme's Privacy Policy.
If any provision of an individual Promotion conflicts with these Promotion Terms, the Promotion-specific terms will control solely with respect to that Promotion. In all other respects, these Promotion Terms remain in effect.
