The Betty is a light, versatile California sparkling white wine crafted in Une Femme’s signature modern and fresh brut-style. This wine celebrates classic champagne varietals, and is representative of the best in contemporary California winemaking. Tasting Notes and Pairing Suggestions:

The Betty delivers aromatic notes of honeysuckle, orange blossom and Meyer lemon. In the glass, you’ll find beautiful acidity, and flavors of crisp Asian pear and white peach. Pair with hearty fall flavors like herby roasted chicken, toasty bread dipped in chili oil, or butternut squash soup. This wine is also our favorite pour at brunch alongside soft scrambled eggs or cinnamon-laced french toast.

About The Callie - California Sparkling Rosé

The Callie is our 91-point, award winning sparkling rosé. It’s made from California-grown zinfandel and chardonnay and as one of Une Femme’s flagship wines, The Callie was designed to be the rosé you drink all year long. A percentage of proceeds from all sales of The Callie is donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Tasting Notes and Pairing Suggestions:

There are juicy notes of ripe strawberry and rose petal on the nose, and nicely structured red fruits (think warm blackberries freshly plucked from the vine) in the glass.This wine is made to be versatile and is a go-to pairing for everything from taco night to homemade cacio e pepe pasta.
