5 Easy Sparkling Brut Cocktails (All Less Than 5 Ingredients!)

French 75:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Champagne or sparkling wine
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake until well combined, and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine, and garnish with a lemon twist.
Aperol Spritz:
- 3 oz Aperol
- 2 oz sparkling wine
- 1 oz club soda
- Orange slice for garnish
Instructions: Fill a wine glass with ice, and add Aperol. Top with sparkling wine and club soda, and stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice.
Sparkling Sangria:
- 2 oz red wine
- 2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz sparkling wine
- Orange slice and/or berries for garnish
Instructions: Combine the red wine and orange juice in a wine glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with orange slices and/or berries.
Poinsettia:
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 4 oz sparkling wine
- Fresh cranberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions: Pour the cranberry juice into a Champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with fresh cranberries if desired.
French Martini:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz raspberry liqueur
- Splash of pineapple juice
- Splash of sparkling wine
- Raspberry for garnish
Instructions: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, raspberry liqueur, and pineapple juice. Shake until well combined and strain into a martini glass. Top with a splash of sparkling wine and garnish with a raspberry.
