New Years Eve Cocktail Recipes
When we’re in the mood to bring a little extra to our bubbly, we keep these three sparkling cocktail recipes handy. They’re all easy to make, use ingredients you probably have on-hand, and super smooth to sip. These recipes are the perfect way to elevate the classic New Years Eve bubbly.
The Series A
This is what you sip when you’re celebrating, dreaming about, or in-process of bringing in the bucks. Big bucks! Or small bucks! Because we believe in celebrating everyday victories and major milestones alike.
1 oz. cognac, chilled
3 oz. The Betty sparkling wine
Bourbon cherries in syrup
Pour a splash of bourbon cherry syrup into the bottom of a champagne flute and add one cherry. Add chilled cognac. Slowly top with sparkling wine.
Rock Sugar Crush
Fruity and fun. Sweet and sour. Smooth and fizzy. This crowd-pleasing cocktail has a little something for everyone and us just the right aperitif to get girls’ night started.
1 oz. raspberry vodka
1 oz. of cranberry juice
Squeeze of lime juice
Pixie Stix and rock candy
Dip the edge of a wine glass into lime juice (or water) and then dip into Pixie Stix sugar that’s been spread into a shallow dish. Carefully fill the glass with ice. Add vodka, cranberry juice, and a generous squeeze of lime juice. Top with sparkling rose. Serve with a stick of rock candy.
The Queen Betty
Former royal chef Darren McGrady reported that Queen Elizabeth fancied a gin and Dubonnet cocktail before lunch. Everyday. Cheers to that and to the late Queen whose dedication, resolve, and selflessness inspired us all. Our homage to her is a fizzy, earthy, perfectly sweet version of her powerful and prim concoction.
1 oz. gin
1 oz Dubonnet Rouge
2 oz. The Betty sparkling wine
Squeeze of lime juice
Pour gin and Dubonnet into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Squeeze a generous amount of lemon juice into glass. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist, wheel, or wedge.
