Sparkling Winter Pomegranate Cocktails feat. Just Date Pomegranate Syrup

Among the jewels of winter's harvest, the pomegranate stands out, bursting with tart sweetness and a ruby-red hue. To celebrate this seasonal delight, we've crafted a collection of simple yet sophisticated cocktail recipes that marry the rich flavor of Just Date Pomegranate Syrup with the effervescence of Une Femme Wines' The Betty Sparkling Brut.

For all of these recipes, we’re using Just Date's Just Pomegranate Syrup.

So, let’s get into these pomegranate cocktails.


Pom Sparkler


  • 4 oz The Betty Sparkling Brut
  • 1 oz Just Date Pomegranate Syrup
  • 1 oz vodka
  • Ice cubes
  • Pomegranate arils (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)


  1. In a shaker, combine the pomegranate syrup and vodka.
  2. Shake well to mix.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with Betty Sparkling Brut.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate arils and mint leaves.
  6. Stir gently before serving.

Pomegranate Wine Fizz


  • 5 oz The Betty Sparkling Brut
  • 1.5 oz Just Date Pomegranate Syrup
  • 1 oz gin
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange twist (for garnish)


  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the pomegranate syrup and gin over the ice.
  3. Top with Betty Sparkling Brut.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with an orange twist.

Sparkling Pom-arita


  • 2 oz The Betty Sparkling Brut
  • 1.5 oz tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Just Date Pomegranate Syrup
  • Salt (for rimming, optional)
  • Lime wheel (for garnish)


  1. Rim the glass with salt (optional).
  2. In a shaker, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and pomegranate syrup with ice.
  3. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
  4. Top with Betty Sparkling Brut.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Pomegranate Wine Punch


  • 1 bottle The Betty Sparkling Brut
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 cup Just Date Pomegranate Syrup
  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • Orange slices and cranberries (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes


  1. In a punch bowl, combine vodka, pomegranate syrup, orange liqueur, and cranberry juice.
  2. Stir well to mix.
  3. Just before serving, add Betty Sparkling Brut and ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with orange slices and cranberries.
