Alisa Pospekhova

Alisa Pospekhova is a health and wellness enthusiast, avid yogi and aspiring herbalist. She also happens to be the founder and CEO of Kindroot, a brand of functional, adaptogenic plant lozenges that support focus, mood, sleep, and immunity. Having felt the “transformative power of holistic nutrition” while managing her own autoimmune condition, Alisa set out to develop a line of supplements that people would actually look forward to taking. “I've always been fascinated by the power of nature and the healing properties of plants,” Alisa says. “I am very lucky to be able to spend my days formulating incredible products and learning more about natural healing.”

Prior to creating Kindroot, the Hall of Femme honoree held senior-level marketing positions at Unilever, The Wonderful Company, Nestle and Manduka Yoga. Since launching her own holistic wellness company, Alisa’s view of success has become more holistic, too. “It's not just about revenue or vanity metrics,” she says. “I want to be fulfilled as a human, and I want my business to align with my values and do good in the world.”
