As the co-founder and Chief Design Officer at Hazel, Aubrey Hubbell empowers women with innovative, thoughtful, groundbreaking products — starting with the High & Dry Brief, a disposable brief for leaks. The opportunity to “build a brand and product for women” is what gets this Hall of Femme honoree out of bed in the morning, and she is passionate about “solving pain points for women in specific life stages, from marriage to motherhood to menopause and beyond.” Prior to Hazel, Aubrey was the first-ever product designer at wedding planning and registry platform Zola, where she designed digital experiences supporting couples from engagement through newlywed life. 

The Hall of Femme honoree was nominated by Tracie Davis, who sang Aubrey’s praises as “the best kind” of colleague, mentor, and friend. "Aubrey is the ultimate connector of hardworking and visionary women building brands and breaking glass ceilings,” Tracie says. “She is the first one to get on the phone and chat through any problems you have with your business or life, and offers her time and network to help you. I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this honor."

For Aubrey, supporting other women is all in a day’s work. “I love being able to spend so much time with women I admire, whether it's for networking, community building, or creative collaborations,” she says. “Success is the ability to feel like you've accomplished something, and are in a position to help others succeed too!”
