Charlotte Selles

If spirits are your thing, you should definitely have a chat with Charlotte Selles. As General Manager for the esteemed Robert Mondavi Winery at Constellation Brands, she has nearly two decades of experience in global brand management under her belt. Originally from France, Charlotte previously oversaw development of Jackson Family Wines’ international portfolio and led sales and marketing initiatives at Campari, E&J Gallo Winery, and Beam Spirits. 

“For a girl who grew up in Southern Burgundy vineyards, it is an honor to lead the transformation of The Robert Mondavi Winery,” Charlotte says. The forward-thinking Hall of Femme honoree also sits on the advisory board for Hiatus Tequila and is the founder of Tassei, a consumer service that helps professionals set and accomplish goals with a structured accountability system.
