Debbie Soon & Randi Zuckerberg

Debbie Soon and Randi Zuckerberg are a pair of powerhouses embracing the future of tech. Individually, they’re successful entrepreneurs and investors passionate about making new opportunities for women and people of color in Web3. Together, the Hall of Femme honorees are co-founders of HUG, an “inclusiverse” and incubator aimed at growing the next billion-dollar women-led crypto businesses.

As a Tony-winning producer and performer and early Facebook employee (she is widely known as the creator of Facebook Live), Randi’s unique background puts her at the forefront of both technology and the arts. She is dedicated to promoting women in crypto and NFTs, and uplifts others by “being their biggest cheerleader and mentor mama bear.”

“Everything I do is about elevating creators and supporting women in business,” Randi says.

Debbie’s consumer business expertise spans continents — among other ventures, she founded Southeast Asia’s first boutique indoor cycling studio — and she is equally committed to amplifying the work of creators of color in Web3, especially as a proud Singaporean Chinese. “As a woman of color, I have always believed in building an inclusive space for all of us to thrive,” she says. “Every day I get to speak with creative entrepreneurs who are rediscovering their passion as well as the economic potential for their art. I am inspired by their stories, their grit, and our collective hope that the future will look different for us.”
