Jes Wolfe

Jes Wolfe is a mountain climber, literally and figuratively. As the CEO and Chairwoman of Rebel Girls, a global multi-platform edutainment and empowerment brand, she is dedicated to helping raise the most inspired and confident generation of girls through content, experiences, products, and community. And when she’s not scaling a fanbase of 20 million self-identified Rebel Girls spanning more than 100 countries, she’s climbing and free ski mountaineering with her dog, River.

“With Rebel Girls, we tell stories of women from all walks of life, all backgrounds, and to girls globally — and we strive for excellence in all that we do,” says Jes. So far, the brand has told the stories of more than 2,000 women via 8 million books sold in 49 languages, 18 million podcast listens, and 10 million music streams — and for Jes, becoming the brand for generation alpha girls is the sweetest kind of success. “More than anything else, I love seeing the impact that our company and our storytelling has on girls,” she says.

In addition to her work at Rebel Girls, the Hall of Femme honoree is an active angel investor and advisor to a number of startups. She currently holds a portfolio of more than a dozen companies, all of which include women on the founding team. “I love seeing women build businesses,” Jes says. She values learning, inspiring girls in their journeys, and “when climbing a mountain, reaching the summit!”
