“I define success as having the freedom to cultivate what brings me joy daily,” says Jessica Raiter, a brand consultant for mission-based companies with a focus on fashion merchandising and extended sizing. The Hall of Femme honoree has much experience in this sartorial realm: Jessica cut her teeth at high-profile brands like The RealReal and Lanvin and went on to become the fashion director and VP of Merchandising at 11 Honoré, a first-of-its-kind online shopping destination for designer clothing in sizes 10 to 20. Throughout her career, Jessica has been dedicated to encouraging and teaching women how to use clothing to look and feel their best “in their current, beautiful bodies.”
