Nicole Dillon combined her passion for food, events, people, and family so that it doesn't feel like work at all – it feels like a lazy Sunday Brunch where everyone is invited. Full-time, she’s a marketing specialist in events and lead generation for FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation, and previously worked with the Guggenheim Museum, WebMD, and various other startups and tech brands. In 2013, Nicole founded Women Who Brunch, a community for women to learn and connect with each other over arguably the best meal of the week: brunch! After identifying a need for more women empowerment, she combined her event and marketing skills and now oversees a community of more than 15,000 across the U.S.
“I love creating experiences for people, especially over food. It's such a great connector,” says Nicole. “I will never remember a social media post from a week ago, but I'll always remember an event (the food, decor, people, entertainment) – events are so powerful. I also really enjoy curating and sharing my favorite food products, events, and friends doing awesome things. It feels effortless.”
In addition to holding a full-time job and hosting brunch meetups, Nicole spends time loving on her brand new baby boy, Oliver (“Ollie”), blogging about food, and interviewing female founders on her Brunch & Learn podcast.Find her on Instagram | LinkedIn
