Win Wine for a Year (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of states where sweepstakes like this are permissible by law and at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older.  Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of CHAMPAGNE CAMPAIGN, INC., dba Une Femme, (Company) its affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, retail licensees, and all other service agencies involved with the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, and sibling), are not eligible to enter or win.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.  Participation constitutes entrant’s agreement to these terms and acknowledges that  Company’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth.

Entry Method : 

To enter for a chance to win, entrant must post an image on their instagram feed of women gathering and tag and follow @unefemmewines and use #projectgather. If entrant tags the other persons featured in the image, those persons will also be entered for a chance to win and Une Femme Wines may allocate prizes to up to 5 women. 

Prize Details:

Entry winner(s) will receive 1 of the following prizes to be determined by Company as permitted by law. 

PRIZE DETAILS / OPTIONS

A 95% rebate for up to $700 to purchase products at retail locations, limited as prescribed by applicable state law.

Une Femme Digital Gift Card for $700,  limited as prescribed by applicable state law.

Alcohol beverages are not part of prize. Limit 1 prize per person. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered. If a prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Company reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal value. Prize winner(s) will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.      

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winner will be selected by random selection. 

Potential winner(s) will be notified by direct message on Instagram and will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours indicating whether they can accept the prize. If a potential winner (does not respond within 48 hours of notification, their prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. Potential winner(s) may be required to complete, sign and return via email, an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, media release within three (3) days of prize acceptance. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these terms,  including verification that the winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, the potential winner will be declared an official winner of the Sweepstakes. If Company cannot verify that the potential winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older prior to winner notification, the potential winner will be disqualified.
